Last edition The Angle promoted the class "How to Save Lives 101." This time The Angle is excited to help its readers find a job. There are many ways to find a job, but usually finding the right occupation is time consuming. Well, The Angle would like to tell its viewers about a unique opportunity at Clearwater Christian College.

Every Spring Semester CCC hosts a teacher recruitment conference, a Senior Salute and a Job Expo. Although these opportunities are mainly for upperclassmen, they also provide great experience for underclassmen to start preparing for the expected.

The opportunity to talk to schools, businesses and even seminary representatives is simply good preparation for HR skills.

The process in participating in these recruitment conferences is simple. For upperclassmen, get all "spiffy," generate a resume, bring it along, and be ready for a few interviews. Underclassmen should try to look professional, wear a smile and go into the experience with the attitude of wanting to practice and learn all you can.

(Here are a few tips The Angle picked up while attending these events that might help):
1. Be confident
2. Be prepared to ask questions
3. Be ready to answer questions
4. Be friendly--smile a lot
5. Look professional
6. Be open to God's will
7. Pray, pray, pray!

The next time these conferences are on the calendar make the most of them. So many have gotten a job or contacts through these conferences. Why throw an opportunity out the window?
